This is the second part only of this edition of the family magazine show presented by Helen Mark. Stephen Nolan reports while giving blood. Neil Bale, who suffers from anaemia, tells of how he needs two units every two weeks. David Austin talks about giving blood and how his daughter Emma then needed it for her battle with leukaemia.
Gillian Ievers reports on retro hairstyles coming back into fashion. Bill Harris of Toni & Guy is interviewed. Two stylists, Paul Stafford and Michael Conway, transform two volunteers in studio.
The Family Show (previously named Family Life) was a weekly magazine style series presenting reports and in-studio features on family matters, from young children, education, mothers, fathers and issues for the elderly, as well as items on cooking, shopping and leisure.
