Norman Hutchinson, an architect, tells of the challenges of the brief he was given and Winnifred McConkey of the CHS talks about consulting with patients to see the kinds of things they would like in terms of decoration.
Mary Johnston is in studio for a weigh-in and a talk about dieting. Lata Sharma also talks about dieting after giving birth. Helen Mark reports from Omagh where she meets singing star Dominic Kirwin. There is footage of his two sons playing in a band and scenes from his family home, including an interview with his mother. To celebrate Burns Night there is a feature on tartan fashion. Fashion designer, Pat Young gives her tips on wearing tartan for young and old.
