Peter Quigley of Action Cancer is interviewed and vox pops are conducted with the public about the heavy-handed nature of some charities in contacting people. Seamus McAleavey of the NICVA is interviewed.

They then meet up in studio to share their experiences and it is revealed to them which products they have been using and how much they cost. Jacqui Berkley presents Snip Bits, a round-up of bite-sized news pieces including a report on Manchester United, Jewish cooking, stats surrounding accidents with female drivers and injuries from opening tins.

Jacqui Berkley reports on how to deal with teenage tantrums and behaviour. Margaret Boyle talks about her family. Fiona Macmillan from Barnardos talks about the changes teenagers go through mentally. Laura Francis interviews young children on their thoughts about famous people and what they want to be when they grow up.
