A number of pupils are interviewed: Graham Docherty, Gillian Bates, Pamela Singh, Jonathan Johnston, Erin Johnston, David Reid and David Leckey. All of them seem to be against the new exam. A follow-on report on the home testing medical kits sees three viewers discuss their experiences. Phil McKenna used the diabetes kit, Lynn Kelly the menopause kit and Joan McGuinness tried one for bowel cancer. Dr Ian Banks returns to the studio to suggest still going to see your GP if symptoms persist even after a negative test.
Henry McDonald reports on the danger of crash course in physical training for middle aged men and of doing too much, too soon. Stevie Beggs undergoes a medical at a gym to make sure it's safe for him to use the equipment. Mark Delaney of Living Well gym discusses the issue and Dr Jim Courtney of the BMA is interviewed.
