Rena Maguire is in studio with a range of alternative remedies. She shows how to prepare treatments for headaches, children losing teeth and a remedy for cradle cap using stinging nettles.

Lorna Wilson of Ladyhill Lodge Nursing Home talks about the benefits to one of her residents, Graham McGruggan, of volunteers taking him out. Louanne Turner describes going shopping and bowling with Graham. Gerard Shelvin is a young man with Down Syndrome who reveals that he now volunteers himself having been impressed with people helping him. Gwen Kennedy of the Imperial Cancer Research Shop discusses Gerard's helpfulness in the shop.
Moya Henry of the Belfast Women's Training Service is in studio to encourage women to be more confident in declaring their skills in the job market.
