Geraldine and Tina Duffy, two girls who tragically witnessed their father dying, talk about how they have coped with their grief and tried to overcome it with help from a child bereavement service provided by Barnardo's.
Sports journalist, Nigel Ringland, is in studio to talk about the craze in Belfast for ice hockey with local team, the Belfast Giants, flying high. Laura Francis reports from their home rink at the Odyssey. Vox pops with supporters which suggests that few of them know the rules but go along for the sense of fun and entertainment. Stephen Nolan attends for his weigh-in as part of a dieting strand but Linda Hamilton from Weight Watchers says that he hasn't turned up to meetings or returned any of her calls.
