Established in 2001, the National Library of Wales Screen and Sound Archive holds an unrivalled collection of films, TV and radio broadcasts, video tapes and sound recordings relating to Wales and the Welsh, from 1898 to the present day. The collection spans multiples formats and genres, both professional and amateur.
Training in computers, keyboards and clicks spell confidence and career improvement for Cardiff women.
An all-women course or workshop in technology, electronics and computers, with two women interviewed by their computers whilst learning. The women learn about disks, command prompts etc. Hazel is taught (by Sonia) about spreadsheets. The women praise the course, saying that it improves their learning, giving them more confidence, independence and better employment opportunities. The voice of Chapter Video Workshop member Terry Dimmick is heard in the background, conducting the recording.
