Operation Easy Diner
Teen cooks have designs on their dinners as they plan ingenious solutions to the challenges of cooking with cerebral palsy.
An amateur video made by students of Percy Hedley and Longbenton Community High Schools about their entry in the 1992 BP 'Linkability: Challenge to Youth' project. The video follows the students from both schools working together to design a new kitchen and dining area in the residential part of the school. The project was called 'Operation Easy Diner'.
