June Roberts from Fleckney likes baked beans. But can she stomach enough of the things to break the half hour eating record?
On April 4, 1984, Karen Stevenson of Wallasey, Merseyside ate 2,780 cold baked beans individually with a cocktail stick in 30 minutes. Three years later, June Roberts from Fleckney in Leicestershire attempted to break this incredible world record. It was a tall order, but could she bring the prestigious record to the East Midlands?
