A foot spa that's meant for horses, but Central News reporter John Swallow can't resist trying out the latest in equine care.
Horse breeder Margaret Spencer from Tong in Staffordshire had intended her newly developed equine massage boots be used by horses in need of treatment, but then the media get involved, and we find reporter John Swallow standing up to his knees in bubbling water as he tries them out for himself. And in November too!

Some things never change - we were suckers for cute animal stories decades before the internet came along.
In the 1980s, before smart phones made it easy to scroll through video after video of distilled animal cuteness, regional television news was one of the few (and unexpected) sources of fluffy diversion.
