The year is 1981 – the International Year of Disabled Persons, and Anglia TV cover events at Silverstone Race Course, where a competition for disabled drivers takes place. Greg Barnes reporting, chats to one dexterous driver who competently operates his adapted car with just his feet and his shoulders.
