SS Oriana

Built at Vickers-Armstrongs, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, the SS Oriana held the Golden Cockerel trophy for the fastest ship in its fleet until 1986. The ocean liner was later moved to Shanghai where it became a well-known feature of the city and operated as a floating hotel. This amateur record nicely shows the ocean liner, passengers disembarking and family hi-jinks on the dock.
