Surrey v Lincolnshire - The Gillette Cup 1974


Lincolnshire Cricket Club captain Ian Moore is confident when meeting Surrey in the second round of the Gillette Cup, 1974.

Lincolnshire Cricket Club have already beaten a first Test county cricket club - Glamorgan, and so are quietly confident to enter the second round of the Gillette Cup Competition. Anglia Television report on all the action from the Lindum Sports Ground, Lincoln where Lincolnshire square up to Surrey, in July 1974. Sadly for Lincolnshire, Surrey won by 123 runs, with Player of the Match being Surrey's Geoff Arnold. Chris Young for Anglia speaks with Lincs captain Ian Moore.
