The Passing of Noah Moore

Fun dramedy that sees the title character escape the clutches of his strict wife - so he can go to the pub - by pretending to be dead. He is aided and abbetted by his friends but he nearly gets his comeupance in the end when his wife comes into the pub and catches him out. This film by Kingston & District Cine Club was shot on location in Wapping in the style of a silent movie right down to the use of intertitles.
