The Box
Established in 1992, the South West Film & Television Archive collection spans from 1893 to the present day containing more than 250,000 items. Formed from a variety of depositors, including broadcast news and programmes material from the Westward and TSW archive. In 2018 the archive collection transferred to The Box in Plymouth.

Moored in Falmouth Docks

This shows tankers, tug boats and other vessels moored in Falmouth Docks in Cornwall. Falmouth Docks were developed in 1858 the first ship entered in 1861, the foundation stone was laid by Viscount Falmouth in 1960. The original Falmouth Railway Station was opened in 1863 and located beside the docks, now one of three stations in Falmouth. Falmouth is reputed to be the third largest natural harbour in the world.
