The Box
Established in 1992, the South West Film & Television Archive collection spans from 1893 to the present day containing more than 250,000 items. Formed from a variety of depositors, including broadcast news and programmes material from the Westward and TSW archive. In 2018 the archive collection transferred to The Box in Plymouth.

Helston Cricket Club play a match in the Cornish League

Helston Cricket Club plays a match at Beacon Park. The Club was originally based on Helston Downs but left the site in 1947 to make way for the airfield at Culdrose.

Established in 1905 the Cornwall Cricket League comprises of the ECB Cornwall Premier League, County Division 1 and 12 other divisions, divided east, west and central in the lowest division with nearly 150 teams.
