How will the sleepy hamlet of Grafton Flyford cope with 1,100 new homes?

4,000 people are expected to move into the 1,100 new homes that are planned for the Worcestershire village of Grafton Flyford. Architect Michael Holt is putting his best conciliatory face forward with talk of meeting the people and public discussions. But, Mr Evans, whose farm is set to disappear under the concrete, is already resigned to the change, "If it's going to come, it's going to come".
