London to Margate

The Cambridge Camera Club, founded in 1902, ran a programme of trips alongside the usual club meetings and competitions. As the group voyage down the Thames, amateur photographers are hard at work aboard the newly built Royal Soverign II, built that year after its predecessor struck a mine during the war. While the fun at Margate is only glimpsed, there's plenty of merriment aboard.
