Sir Douglas Bader launches employment scheme for disabled

Disability does not mean inability'. Anglia Television talk to Sir Douglas Bader at the launch of his employment scheme for disabled people. Bader, himself an amputee, served as an RAF pilot during the Second World War. He was appointed Knight Bachelor in the Queen's Birthday Honours in 1976 for his campaigning for the rights of disabled people.
