Mind Your Bike

A boy cycles along a suburban road on his way to the aerodrome. His brakes fail as he tries to avoid a car that reverses into his path. The boy awakes in his bedroom and realises that his nightmare may become reality. He goes to the garage and checks the brakes on his bike. They don't work. His father shows the boy how to put these things right. Now the youngster can go to the aerodrome where he meets Uncle George, an RAF officer, and is shown the controls of a meteor jet.
