Morris Dancing in Portrush

The Red Branch Morris formed in 1971 from the new University of Ulster in Coleraine. They began performing as a support act for the Chieftains, before going on to dance across Ireland, France and England. As life went on people relocated though members, as far flung as New Zealand, stayed in touch. Although they officially hung up their bells in 1992, the Red Branch Morris have come out of retirement on a growing number of occasion for boisterous reunions.
