An amateur study of Indian roadbuilding

This well-made amateur film gives a detailed and apparently knowledgeable account of rural roadbuilding in India, from quarrying and transporting rock to laying the road. using steamrollers or old-fashioned manpower. We also see work to replace an old stone and wood bridge with a more modern concrete structure. Frustratingly, the film gives us no information as to where these images are shot, although the keen-eyed may find some clues here.
