This fundraising film from the interwar years shows the Memorial Workshop's training programme for physically disabled people. The film naturally accentuates the positive - the skills acquired, and facilities for the workers, including recreation time with table tennis, cards, and a bagatelle. Though the terminology used seems startling now, the film is simply using the language of its era.
