Four legged power helps to beat the energy crisis at Leafield in Oxfordshire.

The Ellis family from Leafield in West Oxfordshire have a novel way of saving money during the fuel crisis, they have reverted to using a horse on their farm and a donkey to travel into the village. Chris Tarrant joins Mrs Ellis in her donkey and trap, although judging by the trouble the animal has with the slight incline up to the village shop two passengers may be one too many for the poor animal.
