You don't need warm weather to enjoy yourself at the coast, as we see when talented amateur filmmaker Ralph Brookes records his family on the beach at West Kirby, on the Wirral peninsula. It may not be a typical day at the seaside, and the weather may be overcast, but if you wrap up well, you can stroll along the sands or attempt to build a sandcastle.
