Yorkshire are 1968 County Cricket Champions

A three-day battle between Yorkshire and Surrey in the cricket County Championship leads to a triumphant win for Yorkshire.

Anglia Television cover all the action at Anlaby Road's The Circle, the traditional home to Hull Cricket Club where the County Championship continues with a three-day battle between Yorkshire and Surrey. The result? For the third successive year, Yorkshire are County Cricket Champions!

Following Yorkshire County Cricket Club's wins in 1966, 1967, and 1968, they did not win the Championship again until 2001.
