The Box
Established in 1992, the South West Film & Television Archive collection spans from 1893 to the present day containing more than 250,000 items. Formed from a variety of depositors, including broadcast news and programmes material from the Westward and TSW archive. In 2018 the archive collection transferred to The Box in Plymouth.

Torquay Holiday

A family spends its summer holiday on the English Riviera. The family is staying at the picturesque Osborne Hotel and using the beach huts on Meadfoot Beach. The Osborne Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Torquay and the Regency crescent is reminiscent of Bath and was commissioned by Sir Lawrence Palk and completed in 1848. The landscaped gardens and tennis court lead to Meadfoot Beach.
