The blame game is in full swing in the Warwickshire town of Bedworth. With 29 street lights not working fingers are being pointed by both the local council and East Midlands Electricity Board. Perhaps neither are to blame as apparently there is a national shortage of sodium bulbs - just in time for winter! As Paul Barnes finds out in this 1971 ATV Today news report it's certainly not all sweetness and light in Bedworth.
