A film made by Peter Hollingham for showing in Norfolk schools. This film, sponsored by Norfolk County Council’s Education Department, features the activities at an after-school sailing club. Commentary explains the practicalities of sailing, and emphasises the sport as a worthy hobby for young people, for both gaining confidence and building life skills, in addition to providing the exhilaration and exercise that people of all ages enjoy.
