De La Salle School, Cardiff: prize-giving, flag-bearing and the Archbishop of Cardiff

Past the Evan Roberts shop on Queen Street march the 28th Cardiff Sea Scouts, led by “Skip” (Brother Alfred, head of the De La Salle School) in a parade through the city along with Boy Scouts and Girl Guides. The Archbishop of Cardiff takes the salute outside St David's Cathedral, where he is later seen with a host of choristers and clerics. The annual 'Flag Day' takes place at the school in Richmond Crescent, with prize giving and the changeover of flag-bearers.
