At the Selecta Pig Breeding Company in Suffolk, the staff down tools every afternoon, although not for the British tradition of a tea break, but for the Eastern practice of Transcendental Meditation. This form of meditation originated in India and was popularized throughout the West in the 1960s and 1970s.
