Nine Men and a Boat

A short drama-documentary about the men in Clacton, all with quite ordinary jobs and hobbies, who man the lifeboat. There’s a dustman, a builder, a bank manager, a pig farmer, and a pigeon fancier, who when the coastguard calls, must leave the daily grind to race to sea. Film made by members of the Clacton Cine Club.
