Caerwys, Flintshire, wakes to 1967 Proclamation Day festivities which anticipate the town’s Eisteddfod the following year. 1968’s gathering will be a celebration of 400 years of local eisteddfodau. Today, Bob’s Coffee Bar stands ready to receive the crowds once the ceremonial business is over.
