Life After Death

A stark documentary that looks beyond the murder rates of The Troubles to reveal the harrowing cost in human suffering.

This film unflinchingly portrays the lingering anguish and tragedy of the conflict through the experiences of real people. Contributors include those who have lost loved ones and a local doctor who has witnessed the extent and range of trauma inflicted on victims.

Part of Counterpoint, the UTV series that became renowned for its hard-hitting political coverage and investigations into controversial social issues. This material comes courtesy of the UTV Archive.
