A breezy day on the Fylde Coast, and spectators watch yachts racing across the water. These yachts may be models, but there is nothing small-scale about either the dedication of their owners or the competition itself, which attracts international competitors. On this occasion, the American model yacht builder and racer W .G. Bithell is the winner, and is presented with a trophy by the Mayor.
