Two pop promos from ace American crooner Brook Benton, including his 1959 crossover hit, 'It's Just a Matter of Time'.

Brook Benton gives two outstanding performances in this 'Double-A' pop promo from 1959. First up is Benton's million-selling ballad, 'It's Just a Matter of Time', which spent nine weeks on top of Billboards R&B charts and became a country & western standard in the 1970s. With slightly heavy-handed wit, Brook is filmed in front of an assortment of clocks. That's followed by the rock'n'roll flipside 'Hurtin' Inside', with Brook rocking out in the gym.

Brook Benton performs two songs. He sings "It's Just a Matter of Time" against a backdrop of clocks. He follows this with "Hurtin' Inside", performed on a set designed to look like a gymnasium.
