Wonderful, colourful scenes of pomp and ceremony as a family enjoy the Queen's Silver Jubilee celebrations on the Mall.

More than one million people took to the streets of London to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977. This film bears witness to that experience. Capturing the joyous atmosphere from the heady throngs, this home movie provides an opportunity to briefly relive those scenes amongst the onlookers and from behind the flat caps, headscarves and Beefeaters' bearskins.
