A big day for pupils at King David School in Birmingham when the Chief Rabbi pays a visits.
Dr Immanuel Jakobovits, the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, visits King David School on Alcester Road at Moseley in Birmingham. This May 1967 visit came only a month after the ceremony at St John's Wood Synagogue in London to install him as Chief Rabbi for the United Kingdom.
